Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Product & Customer Service Specialist to deliver a high-quality client experience while supporting product advisory and service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring clients receive accurate product information, seamless service support, and a trusted experience throughout their journey with the company.

The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both customer engagement and product-related enquiries in a premium service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service across walk-in, phone, email, and digital channels
  • Provide accurate and professional product information and recommendations to clients
  • Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Assist in processing orders, payments, and related documentation
  • Maintain updated product knowledge and company service standards
  • Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer retention
  • Ensure all customer records and system updates are accurately maintained

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google tools)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
