Multimedia Content Specialist (Penang Office)

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Content Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging visual content across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing banners, infographics, and graphics, as well as editing videos and crafting compelling content for social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, proficiency in multimedia software, and a passion for staying up-to-date with current trends in digital media.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design eye-catching banners, infographics, and other visual assets for web and social media platforms.
  2. Create engaging video content, including editing, motion graphics, and animations.
  3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all multimedia content.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and content creation.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  7. Optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms and devices.
  8. Conduct research to support content creation strategies and ideas.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Experience with social media platforms and knowledge of social media trends.
  9. Portfolio showcasing previous multimedia work across various platforms.
  10. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
