Are you regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia or any other regulatory body?

We are not required to be licensed or regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia or any other regulatory body in or outside of Malaysia. Physical bullion is not a regulated financial instrument under Malaysian law and is treated like any other physical good that can be freely purchased or sold. However, we are still required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT) regulations set forth by Bank Negara Malaysia.
