We eliminate counterparty default risk through legal title ownership (not credit) of authenticated property (segregated bullion) and protect the property with 'beyond all risk' insurance (find out more). Most importantly, our exclusive local Singapore jurisdiction isolates us from Western nationalizations, escheatings or confiscations.
Rooted firmly in Singapore we procure and authenticate bullion (43.2 metric tons since 2009), store it for customers (0.0 metric tons since 2011) and create liquidity by buying back bullion as well as enabling customers to securely lend to and borrow from each other via Secured Peer to Peer Lending program.
With no debt, extensive employee share ownership and enough reserves to operate for over 10 years without sales, we are here for the very long term and we are an extraordinarily solid counterparty for global systemic crises such as mass bank defaults, hyperinflation or gold nationalizations.

We are located within Singapore's auxiliary police building at Centre II next to the Certis Cisco safe deposit boxes.When you come please ensure you bring a valid form of ID to obtain access to the building, and proceed to level 3. The Safe House SG Pte Ltd (TSH)
The Safe House SG Pte Ltd (UEN 201326241Z), is our vault and DUX testing facility in Singapore. TSH, a subsidiary of Silver Bullion Pte Ltd, eliminates middlemen and removes the inherent regulatory exposure that comes with storing at Western headquartered vaulting companies.
Our ISO 9001 certified vault can hold over 600 metric tons of silver, representing over 1 percent of global known above ground silver reserves, and 30 tons of gold and platinum. All S.T.A.R. Storage parcels are stored at TSH which also hosts vault safe deposit boxes.
The Safe House has received excellent insurance inspector ratings, enabling us to have one of the most comprehensive insurance policies in the industry, including protection from inside jobs (infidelity) and mysterious disappearance, the latter typically not being provided by vaults.
Visit the Vault
Access to the vault must be by prior appointment which can be made either directly with TSH (for safe deposit boxes) or through SB (for segregated parcel storage). The Safe House SG implements a strict identity card or passport check for all visitors which is enforced by armed Singapore auxiliary police officers at the vault.
The Safe House provides sealed and insured safe deposit boxes whose content is only accessible to the box hirer and his/her authorized representatives, providing a very private storage option for either 15.6 kg (500 oz of gold) or 202 kg (6500 oz of silver) per box. Silver Bullion Sdn Bhd
Silver Bullion Sdn Bhd is our subsidiary that caters to retail investors in Malaysia. The company’s vision and mission follows its parent company in Singapore, which is preservation of wealth and complete and direct ownership of bullion. We chose to operate in Malaysia with the intent of tapping a larger market of potential investors. We decided to operate upon learning that investment precious metals were to be tax free in April 2015, following what Singapore implemented back in October 2012.
Since commencing operations last June 2015, Silver Bullion Malaysia recorded a turnover of RM6 million in half a year of operations. Silver Bullion Malaysia operates on the 26th level of Public Bank tower in Johor Bahru, and the building is secured by armed auxiliary police. We conduct seminars periodically and organise trips to The Safe House, our vault in Singapore. Being only the foreign bullion house in Malaysia, we are currently one of the few bullion dealers who can import IPM without GST and pass on these savings to our customers. Our services also include buyback and authentication of investment grade precious metals.
